Coverage depends on the substrate. Metal roofing requires 1 gallon per 100 square feet (typically in a single coat). Most other roof systems require 2 -3 gallons per 100 square feet.

NovaTuff reaches its full cure after 7 days at 80 degrees F. It can typically be walked on after 24 hours.
Once installed, NovaTuff can handle temperature extremes, from below freezing to high desert temperatures. It should be installed when temperatures are above 40 degrees F and rising with no freeze in the immediate forecast.

Standard is a 10 year materials warranty for NovaTuff RC-100 epoxy roof coating. A labor warranty is available for an additional fee when installed by an accredited applicator.
